By purchasing or using Nyx, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the software.

License

One-time purchase: $49 gives you a lifetime license for the current major version (1.x).
3 devices: you may activate Nyx on up to three machines simultaneously with one license key.
Personal or commercial use: both are allowed.
No resale, no redistribution: don’t share your license key publicly or resell it.

Refunds

14-day free trial without a license key — use it to decide.
No refunds after purchase, except in clear cases of broken functionality we can’t fix within 14 days of your report.

Warranty disclaimer

Nyx is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will work with every AI agent, every OS, every terminal, or every workflow. We’ll fix bugs as fast as we can.

Limitation of liability

In no event will the Nyx author be liable for any damages arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Third-party services

Nyx integrates with third-party AI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or changes to their APIs.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Belarus. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Minsk.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes will be announced.
